How to research a system
- Open the programme page we give you (or, in some blocks, find the utility's backflow / cross-connection page first).
- Find how test reports are filed: an email address, a vendor portal (BSI, Vepo, SwiftComply…), the utility's own portal, an online form, mail or fax — or the utility tests itself.
- Find the blank test report form (usually a PDF). If the site will not let our system fetch it, download it and upload the file.
- For an email address, paste the sentence that says reports are sent there. "Contact us at…" is not enough; it must be where completed reports go.
- Give every system a verdict. "Found" needs something accepted. Every other verdict needs a short note saying what you checked.
Every system has a verdict. Untick "Only systems still to do" to review them, then submit the block.
